What type of Home Owners Insurance do we need for our San Francisco condo? - home sharing insurance
We have a unit 1 of a 2-unit condominium in San Francisco. We have a separate policy that covers our personal property within the walls of our unit. We and the owner of a unit other than the Association and owners are looking to whether a separate contract is required to the exterior and the court, or if someone covering separate policies can cover us. Any tips?

Home Sharing Insurance What Type Of Home Owners Insurance Do We Need For Our San Francisco Condo?

The Hoa was the policy of control and the common areas outdoors. Do this for each not personally liable if something goes wrong - the HOA is responsible. For example, do if a portion of the building and is someone who kills, not that private insurance - that have likeley and that is what insurance does not have jurisdiction.
