Lump In Throat Pea Sized What Is This Pea Sized Lump Near The Centre Of My Throat, Slightly To The Right?

What is this pea sized lump near the centre of my throat, slightly to the right? - lump in throat pea sized

I have the flu, and had a bad day fever up and down like a yo-yo.
As I have said that much to drink, I drink lots of water, but in the last hours, when I drink water I feel uncomfortable pea-sized lump in my throat, the movement as a beverage. And the more you drink the cup that is always unpleasant, sometimes painful ...
Can anyone tell me what is it?

Enlargement of the Adam's apple (if Adam's Apple!) In women is normal, especially if you have the flu. No worries about him, to scatter when the cold weather.
