Is irritating Keratosis Polaris self harm? - keratosis polaris neutrogena
I have had for years, but I was breaking uneven aging of the skin, and I'm totally addicted. I do it until the bites and burns, and I like that feeling. Is this a form of self-harm?
Thank you =)

I do not know if I believe that self-injury, as a compulsive need to collect packaging meet. KP and I found myself constantly for a long time after an injury, will try to get rid of them and actually make the condition worse. I found Nutivara coconut oil to the Vitamin Shoppe and Whole Foods, and works very well! Please try again ... When you every day as an all-over body moisturizer ... Blows and does not occur or develop "white heads" ... I do not know to choose .... Fight ... may be worthwhile to understand, but the burning and itching and scabs who come after you just add the problem. Hope this helps ...
Unfortunately, I suffer from this condition ... I learned last year was really like my doctor had never, until one of her patients had seen a kind or testing. But I've had for years also.
I do not think your self-mutilation ... I think it's an addiction. I do on the upper arms and stains can sometimes be great, I can not stop them. However, they have the scar and it disappears, the sun ... and life in Britain does not allow. I made my New Year's resolution to stop collecting them, I always buy the lace cover, and what really disturbs me. I will try to give the oil, but if someone still other ideas, please let me know ...
